Spring + Old Houses = A Beautiful Walk

I was in Greenville, SC this morning and just happen to have my
camera along.  I needed to stop the car and walk a little bit.  Just
beautiful homes are in the Hampton-Pickney Historic District.
The first home was our favorite because we were welcomed by
the owner.  What a beautiful day for a walk!

These are beautiful homes, but Love The House You're In is
good advice.  Now, I better go cut the grass in case someone
with a camera walks by my house.  Have a great week!
Love,
Lottie

  4. Two of my favorite things, a nice walk on a spring day and admiring old homes!!! All those front porches make me want to pull up a rocking chair, enjoy the springtime weather, and say howdy to any passing neighbors!!! Perfection!!!

  6. Hi Lottie Sweetie...
What a gorgeous share this morning. I so enjoyed going on the House on Parade with you today. You did a phenomenal job in photographing them all. Each one is so special whether it be color, or structure, or gingerbread trim, or gates, even gardens. SO pretty sweetie.

I had intentions of mowing and weeding as well, but we are still getting soft rains here in the desert today. It started at 6am this morning and is still coming down. We needed a soft rain so horribly here.

So happy to visit with you today sweet friend. I hope you have a glorious weekend. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

  7. Fabulous tour, Lottie! I am swooning! Such character and life in those beautiful homes! Seeing the spring blooms on the trees and shrubs makes me long for my old home in Maryland! You are so sweet to bring us along with you on such a charming walk!

You are a darling for not forgetting me! Thank you so much!

    Have a wonderful week!

    Cheers!
