7 Up Biscuits

I love recipes like this!  Just Bisquick, sour cream, 7-up and butter!

Yummy!  These are excellent! So easy and so good!  My son said these were the best with any kind of jelly!  We are making these next weekend when our family gets together.  This is half a recipe above.

7 Up Biscuits

4 cups Bisquick
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 7 Up
1/2 cup melted butter

Mix Bisquick, sour cream and 7 up.  Dough will be very soft.  (Don't worry!)  Knead and fold dough until coated with your baking mix. Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a round biscuit/ cookie cutter.  Melt butter in bottom of cookie sheet pan or 9 x 13 casserole dish.  Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until brown at 425 degrees.

Thank you to the person who put this recipe on Facebook last week.  I don't think there is anything healthy about this recipe so I'll just make it once a year from now on! LOL!  Hope you enjoy it and have a great week!

Love,
Lottie

    1. I don't know! I used real 7 Up and real sour cream and real butter and it tasted wonderful. This is definitely not a healthy recipe and I'll probably make it once or twice a year for special occasions. But if you try it with diet soda, please email me with the results. Have a great week Melinda!

  4. How yummy these biscuits look, if we didn't have a dairy allergy I would make a batch. I just might make a batch and eat them all myself. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
