What a beautiful Easter day!
I have to share more irises blooming
in my garden today!
Below is a Thornbird. I think it is majestic!
OK, I'm not a goofy gardening lady (although I'm
married to a goofy gardening man)! I can't show
you pictures of my "enchanted" garden! But I can
take shots here and there and crop the pictures
so they look pretty good. Wish you could walk
with me in the garden. Can't think of anything
more pleasurable this beautiful Easter day!
Love,
Lottie
Your iris are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter, Lottie!
Your Iris's are gorgeous. Mine are beginning to bloom. Days in the garden are the best.
ReplyDeleteI love iris and yours are really pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful Iris's you have. I hope you and your family had a great Easter. Thank you for the wonderful comments you made on my blog. I always enjoy hearing from you.
ReplyDeleteThose are so pretty. I only have one color of iris - I don't know what it's called, but it's the typical one you see. I need to branch out!
ReplyDeleteI love Iris's . I had one that was so dark purple that looked black. Not doing well at all anymore. Love your garden pictures. I tried the crock pot barbeque before, and I must say it's DELICIOUS! Yours looks better than mine did though.
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful day!
Betsy
Hi Lottie Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteOh what a gorgeous share this evening. I love strolling through your garden and seeing the beautiful Iris. Momma has always had them in her gardens back in Oklahoma. They are always so pretty and I love the gorgeous centers. Your Thornbird is absolutely breathtaking. The color combination is so beautiful. I love it.
It has always amazed me how the petals curl so perfectly. It is as though they have been twisted around a curling iron.
I love this crock pot recipe for BBQ as well. It is going on my list for groceries for the week. I have got to try this one. Yummy.
Thanks again for sharing dear Lottie. Have a glorious weekend. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
Mother Nature and or God are amazing. How these beautiful flowers bloom year after year prefectly is just amazing. Love the colors. Richard from My Old Historic House.
